 ORDERS:

  • I did not get a confirmation mail

A: It can take a while to receive the conformation mail. Did you not receive a confirmation after 4 hours and you checked your spam-folder? Please send a mail to hello@zazoubazar.nl

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing my order?

A: After you have completed your order, we will prepare it as soon as possible to ensure you get your order in time. Unfortunately it is not possible to change or cancel your order when the order is already placed and confirmed. We recommend that you place a new order and return the products that you no longer want to receive. 

  • I am missing an item or have received the wrong item, what can I do?

A: Excusez moi! Every product is packed by hand in our shop so it could be a slip of the fingers. Please contact us via hello@zazoubazar.nl and we will make sure that you will receive the missing item or that the wrong item will be swapped.

A: Shipment will be carried out by POSTNL with track and trace option

  • How long will shipping take?

A; Shipping somewhere between 2-5 working days

  • Do you ship internationally?

A: we love our foreign customers and do ship abroad. Extra shipping costs may apply and will be charged .
