Björn aims to create economic independence by rewarding everybody in the front lines of the supply chain and imports the cacao beans directly from the cacao farmers with whom he is in close and personal contact. He strongly believes that with a decent income the farmers don't need to worry about rent, food on the table or education for their kids. This will give them a certain peace of mind which eventually leads to new thoughts and innovations and therefore better and high quality products. A win win situation for everybody;-)
